XI sms notification possible in Canada?

Hi, is it possible to have XI SMS notifications in Canada? The Mobile Phone Carrier setting only shows US operators.

Assuming the carrier supports an email-to-SMS gateway, sure. You can add custom carriers as described on pages 3 and 4 of this document:
