hello!
please i need help , when i finish configuration o my switch , i add my switch to nagiosxi i saw the ports of my switch but when i want to detecte status of my ports i saw configuration failed
snmp anable in my switch and the ping ok , but i don't know what's the reason!!!

Can you send us a screenshot of the entire browser window where the error shows? The lower left-hand corner is particular important.

Also, it is best if you post in the XI or Core forums. That way we can at least make some assumptions about your system. Let's assume for the moment you have XI. Can you PM me a profile?

If this is Core, can you attach your nagios.log? Any other pertinent logs would also be useful, as well as a version #.

What is the make and model number of the switch you are trying to monitor?
Can you run the following on the XI server as root, and post the output?
