I having problems with an AWS plug in

I already configured the access key

We do not provide support for 3rd party plugins. However you may wish to ensure you have the correct network connectivity and security groups. You may be able to run the plugin in a verbose mode to output more information about the underlying issue. You may also consider contacting the author of the plugin for assistance.
