Hello,

Noticed today that SMS with Multitech component didn't do it's job. After a few tests, it seems that the SMS'es are never sent. The last time I saw it work was 19. We updated to 5.4.5 last Friday.

Sending a test message from the component settings does work. But when a critical service changes state, it appears that although in the notification overview in Nagios it says a notification was sent, there is not any sign of this in the logs of the Multitech. What might be going on here?

How can I troubleshoot this further?

If you do a tail -F /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/cmdsubsys.log does it give any meaningful output? Is the modem reachable by XI from the CLI?

Well i can 't test atm I'll test again asap and will let you know.
