We are looking for a solution to have a centralised log server which needs to collect logs from Windows PCs logs and Network devices(Switches, firewall etc), analyse, give various reports and suggests corrective actions.

Nagios Log Server will fulfil this??

NLS does this, as long as your device has the ability to forward logs.

You can make charts, correlations, etc with Kibana.

eh.. what exactly are you looking for in reports?

NLS doesn't directly do this, but Kibana makes it easy to search Google for particular pieces of log messages, which should assist you in finding a solution. Every environment is going to have different ways they deal with problems, NLS simply can't know what's right for environment X versus environment Y.

We want reports like,

How many times a particular incident happened in past days/week/month with time stamp.

You may need Nagios Core or Nagios XI to get exactly what you want as far as reports, but certainly there is graphing built in to NLS: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... Server.pdf
