Bulk host wizard adding blank parent host?

Lately whenever I run the Bulk Host Cloning and Import wizard the new host ends up with a blank host as a parent host. Is this a bug or...? I'm on version 5.4.3 atm.

Can you show us the config of the host, that you are cloning? Also, are you replacing the parent of the "template" host with a new parent (Options = checked)? Does the "template" host have more than one parent?

Update: I was able to recreate the issue, and filed an internal bug report (TASK ID 12022).
