NSClient++

I am new to Nagios and I have installed Winodows clients as well as Linux. What I have notice is looking at the web console I am seeing this follwoing for my windows servers.

This were some basic configurations just to see how it works. I have installed the client on all the servers and verified that they are running. Also, made sure I "Log On" is Local System Account and Allow service to interact with desktop is checked. The firewalls are all disabled we have a GPO setup for this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
