New to nagios and have Core 4.0.x installed. Is there a way to manage this through a gui? Thanks

That depends on what you mean by "manage". If you are looking for a complete web management interface, I would suggest checking out Nagios XI: https://www.nagios.com/downloads/nagios-xi/
