Nagvis is not working

Please help. Our Nagvis is not working. Error: Problem (Backend: nodmy_1): NDO claims that Nagios did no status update for more than "180" seconds. Make sure that Nagios and NDO daemons are working. (Backend-ID: ndomy_1). XI System components status are all green. Kindly help. This often happens when I update a host or any services. After applying the change, Nagvis doesn't work anymore.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, our offices were closed in observance of Independence Day.

Glad you were able to resolve it. I'll be closing this thread now, but feel free to open another if you need anything in the future!
