problem in NRPE agent from Server

Hi,

we have Nagios XI version 5.4.5 VM machine and we were have a server Window 2008 with installed and running agent on it and we tried to add new script to the server , and we faced an issue after adding the mentioned script ,after restarting the agent service the service doesn't work again properly , we have removed the script and tried to restart the service again but we still have the same issue , the service appeared normal and running but the Nagios server cannot reach the service on the 5666 port .
note that we have performed repair to the Nagios Agent with no effect .
please advice

What is the version of NSClient++ that you have installed on the Window 2008 box? Please post the nsclient.ini and nsclient.log files on the forum.
