Hi,

I can find several tools for making performance reports, but any one in here that have good experience with a performance reporting tool?
I know it would be for a short while if the roadmaps sticks, and new performance graphing is going to replace RRDs in Q1 2018, XI 6, but need some data before this.

The new report management system in Nagios XI 6, is performance reporting going to be a part of this?

We are running on XI 5.4.4

Thanks,

Regards
Claus

What type of performance data reports are you looking for?

As for now the Disk performance counters data from host, as in the "performance graphs".
So I get the max/min disk reads/s and other counters

If you are looking for the graphs for those checks, you can view them from the Home > Performance Graph or Graph Explorer menu.
If you are looking for raw data, you can use the API to get that information.
Go to the Help > Objects Reference menu and look under the Data Exporting section.
See if that is what you are looking for.

Im looking for a plugin/tool that can generate performance reports from the data on the nagios server, do not want to extract data.

Will there be a reporting options on performance data on Nagios XI 6 release?

I don't think there will be any reporting options added to XI 6 that would meet your needs.
