Hi Team,

I have Setup and configured Nagios & Nagios na in separate system . But getting error "No Data Available " for source and Network report in Nagios XI .
Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Version Info:
Nagios XI 5.4.5
Nagios NA 2.2.3

OS : Linux

What is the device you have setup to send flow data to the NNA and can you post it's configuration?
If you login to the NNA server directly is there data in the source?

There is No data available for source (Cisco router) in NNA.

NNA Enrolled Source configuration details:
Name:Cisco router V2
Sender Router IP :X.X.X.X
Listening port :9914
Incoming Flow type:Net Flow
Raw data lifetime : 24 weeks

How to fetch data if device enroll in Naxios XI ?

The most common cause of the NNA server not receiving data is that the time of the device is not in sync with the NNA server.
Verify that the time of the Cisco router is setup correctly as well as the NNA server.

Make sure the Cisco router is setup to send Netflow data to the NNA server by following one of the examples in the guide below.

What is the Make and Model type of the Cisco Router?
What is the IOS is it running?

Finally, Its working after forwarding data from MPLS router to NNA.
