Hi Team,

We are facing issue with availability report.Few servers are placed in scheduled maintenance mode but availbility of the server is decreasing day by day.This issue is started happening for last month.PFA

Try setting the First Assumed Service State to a valid entry and see if the numbers are correct.
If that is not set and the report doesn't know the state of the service before the report, it could act like how you are seeing.
