I able to see one host is added in hostgroup @CCM>hostgroups>name of hostgroup . But when I check at that hosts reconfigure tab that hostgroup is not assigned.

Better have look at screenshot attachmnet.
So my question is like -
1) Is there any problem that's why i'm seeing this?
2)Is there any relation like Host to hostgroup & Hostgroup to Host And any one condition can satisfy at time not both ?
3)Is this impact any way ?
4) Does I need to assigned that hostgroup in reconfigure tab ?
5)I facing same issue is with service group. I am really worrying about this as our Incidents gets assigned using service groups. I don't how many service's running there without service groups (in reconfigure tab). as I see service groups had assigned services in CCM>Service groups

When you add a Host to a Hostgroup, you will not see that Hostgroup in the Host entry.
But, that host is in the group by object inheritance and to see that, you would go in to the CCM > Hosts menu, find the host and click on the Blue circle with the letter i and that will show that hosts relationship.

When Nagios runs, it takes the settings and creates an object file and resolves all of the inheritance. Which means if a host has a hostgroup added to it, it is the same as adding a host to a hostgroup at run time.

The best way to do this is to add hosts to hostgroups, that way it is much easier to edit the server if a lot of changes are needed.

FYI, service groups act the same as the hostgroups inheritance wise.
