Installation of NagiosXI

To All,
I am attempting to build NagiosXI disconnected mode to evaluate it's monitoring ability, however, I have received interesting errors.
For my setup, downloaded the offline repo's from RHEL, and http://repo.nagios.com/. Created a cd-rom and local repo.
Upon running the ./fullinstall the system runs through 0-repos. I have commented out lines 52-65 so it will not check if I have a subscription. After line 66 it creates three repos on my machine to pull data.
Creates epel.repo, epel-testing.repo, nagios-6.repo upon completion or errors it removes the repo files.
1) I can't find all the repos that are needed to build this offline, can you assist?
2) Your http://repo.nagios.com site indicates, however, there are dependences in which I need to download as well.
graphviz-gd.x86_64
perl-IO-stringy.noarch
perl-Parse-RecDescent.noarch
perl-XML-Simple.noarch
php-mbstring.x86_64
php-snmp.x86_64
rrdtool-perl.x86_64
rrdtool-python.x86_64
2) For instance rrdtool-1.3.8-7.el6.x86_64 (localrpm)
Requires: rrdtool - 1.3..8-7.el6
What version of rrd tool do I need?
What is perl(Class::Accessor)
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jeff
