Perfdata Management

Are there specials configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? Are you using a proxy? Are you using SSL?

No.

ISSUE:

Can perfdata be deleted?

/usr/local/nagios/var/spool/perfdata

Any recommendations for perfdata management? That folder is currently half of my Nagios Server Hard Drive.

Perfdata is stored in RRD files which have a fixed size. So if you do not add more hosts and services the folder will not grow even though it's storing more performance history in those files.
