ServiceNow Integration

In the process of evaluating Nagios XI. Curious as to the level of integration others have had or performed with ServiceNow.

Event Correlation - Create New Incidents, update existing incidents, auto-close incidents? Reopen existing incidents if the issue returns.
Set Prioritization (P1, P2, P3, etc..) of any incidents when creating
Update of CI's in the ServiceNow CMDB
