Unable to delete the nagios Dashlet

Hi Team,
We are using Nagios version Nagios XI 5.4.4 .In the last month we upgraded the Nagios instance.We are unable to delete the dashlet
1. when i try to delete existing dashlet on my dash board it says " got riddandance in pink color" and it is getting deleted.
2. when i reload/refresh the page i am getting that old dashlet back again.
3.when i logout and logback in i find same old dashlet again.
In one one of the post asked to refresh .Please let know where we need to do that.
Try right-clicking and selecting refresh to load a fresh set of javascript and css files.
Could please someone please help.

We are unable to delete the host summary and service summary dashlet. We are unable to add new host summary dashlet in the dashboard.

This is by design. The host and service summary dashlets cannot be removed from the home screen. The solution is to create a custom dashboard which would have no limitations on what can be added or deleted. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

We are not removing dashlet form the home screen. Actually we have created a custom dashboard and we have added the host summary dashlet to that dashboard but we are now unable to remove the dashlet from that dashboard

Most probably, this dashboard has been deployed with the "Keep Synced" option selected. You could try redeploying it to the same user, and clearing the "Keep Synced" box. Re-deploying a dashboard that has already been deployed should overwrite the user's old copy of the deployed dashboard. Then, the user can remove the dashlet from the dashboard. Another option is to try to delete not the dashlet but the entire dashboard as nagiosadmin.
