Monitor CPU and RAM on Cisco Routers and Switches

Is it possible to monitor the CPU and RAM using Nagios if so!! How can I do that?
I'm using SNMP V3.

I know there is plugins you can use, but I don't know how to apply them, I need assistance on that.
