Posting to Customer Support

Hi there - any idea why I can't post a question to the Nagios XI customer support area? I can log in and see all the posts there but can't start a new topic.
I'm pretty sure this is the email address that we used when XI was bought.

Please contact
[email protected] with your username, and they can add your account to the appropriate group.
