Hi i have got the below alert on nagios but no duplicate ip was found in configuration and alert persist for around 5 min

AP_CCN6_IO1 Service ping WARNING 08-29-2017 11:35:45 0d 0h 4m 5s 1/5 PING WARNING - DUPLICATES FOUND! Packet loss = 0%, RTA = 30.85 ms

Are you doing a NIC bonding on this host? Also, run the ping command manually against this host:
Replace ip_address with the IP address of the host in question.
