Hi,

I have 2 hosts down, and I dont seem to be getting alerts for them.

I look in the host > alert settings > contacts - and i can see my username specified but no alerts.


Any initial ideas on where to look and steps?

If this the same server causing the issue as in the ticket you opened yesterday?
If so, I just responded to the ticket a little while ago.

I have 2 nagios servers, Im getting issues on another one.

Also on this other server, there are alerts which have been acknowledged but not updating in the alerts screen

Could you either open up a new ticket or post your system profile here?
