Hi,

We have 250 hosts and 1000+ services currently we are having issue that our team getting repeated alert as per your feature to resend alert if the problem is not resloved. Now How can we change this for all services at once because to do it manually for every services is a way long process.

In Configure -> Core Config Manager -> Tools -> Bulk Modifications Tool
Select "Change a Single Config Option"

You can change the "Notification Period" to a longer time in minutes, then select all the hosts/services you want this to apply to.

Click Save

If you are referring to community strings, these end up as part of the check commands in the $ARGx$ and the only way to change them is to edit them in the CCM or through the edit screen i=on the service, no way to do these in bulk.

Sorry.
