Hi Team

I have a problem with ndoutils , this doesn't write into DB , when I run the next command this don't show me the data:

echo 'select * from nagios.nagios_logentries;' | mysql -u ndoutils -p'mpv_mty'

But if I run the same command in an other nagios this work, but another credentials

I restarted service mysqld but this also working fine

I tried this:

Could not bind socket: Address already in use

I do not find another information about this behavior.

Please follow the steps below on how to do that:

Step 1:Go to Admin >> System Profile Step 2: Click Download Profile and send it.

In this case the problem is in Nagios Core , so I can't send you the profile how Nagios XI make it

Thanks for sending us this information, but before we go on.

Just to be sure, you are using two different servers? One is Nagios Core and the other is Nagios XI? (Do they use the same IP address/hostname or a different?)

It seems like you don't have a support plan for Nagios Core, but for Nagios XI.

I can move this to the general forum for Nagios Core if you would like. If you did want Nagios Core support you could contact our Sales department at [email protected] or by phone.

I killed the process
delete this file : rm /usr/local/nagios/var/ndo.sock
start the service: /usr/local/nagios/bin/ndo2db -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg

Thats It all.

I have only one server XI, I maked a mistake when wrote in this forum if you want , you will move this post to another forum
