Nagios 4 and Pnp4Nagios - is there a solution yet?

Hello!
I'm running a Nagios Core 4.3.4 on a 64bit Ubuntu Server 16.06 LTS.
I currently have NDOUtils and pnp4nagios working properly
Yet, the nagios.log file show numerous errors regarding the processing of performance data:
I found an old topic from a user with the same issue, whose solution was to downgrade NAgios to version 3.5.1... so I wonder if there is now a solution for this
