Hi:

I have setup a new server with a fresh installation of Log Server. I have access to the old indexes from the previous installation that was in a different cluster and node. Is there any way to recover those indexes into the new installation?

Only the indexes?
What you could do is restore them from a snapshot/import them manually. From the UI it's --> Admin --> Snapshot & Maintenance

Import them into a snapshot repo and then restore.
