SMTP Exchange Not Connect

Hi
I have nNagios XI 5.4.10 Standart
I want send SMTP mail,verify all setting, but cant Connect to Exchange,

Do you perhaps have another colleague that has a support forum account?
His forum username is

I ask this because he has the same thread and exact screenshots as you do, but is in the customer section?
We would like to keep topics in one place that way our techs are not answering the same question two times.
