Hello All:
How does one get the flow data from a HP 3500 Procurve switch into Nagios Network Analyzer?

Hello,
@TownofTaos. A quick search through the manuals online showed that your switch may not be compatible with sFlow. You may contact the manufacturer to get 100% accurate information on this. If you have Nagios XI, you may try using this plugin:
https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/P ... or/details
*However, it uses snmp checks, and not the flow data.

I found this site stating they are compatible.
http://www.sflow.org/products/network.php
Supported products:
Aruba 5400r
and
HP 3500yl series

I found buried in a PDF from HP some steps that might help you:
http://whp-aus1.cold.extweb.hp.com/pub/ ... X-Book.pdf
Page 373, which is in chapter 14 gives the following command to be run on the HP:
sflow <receiver-instance> destination <ip-address> [udp-port-num]
@npolovenko is right though, this is something the manufacturer would be much better-suited to assist with.
