Max activations exceeded

We have upgraded the Nagios Log Server from version 1.4 to 2.0, we are having problems activating the license, it keeps on showing: Max activations exceeded: You have exceeded the maximum allowed activations for the specified license key.

How do we resolve this, or how can we update the servers using the license instance?

License Type: Data Instance Based
Licensed Data Instances: 10
Current Data Instances: 1
License Instance Usage: 1 / 10
