Hi There,

I was facing my mem % not show in the gauge but in the mem usage is working. So please take a look my picture.

My command: check_nrpe!CheckMEM!-a MaxWarn=80% MaxCrit=90% ShowAll=long type=physical!!!!!!

How can I fix this?

try hovering around it, and expanding the box.

sometimes this happens when sized box is too small for the image inside.

If hovering or try to expand the gauge doesn't work.

What happens if you try to add that gauge to the dashboard? Does it work or is it still invisible?

I cannot be hovering around the box. So I was sent to the dashboard but it doesn't work.

Could you show us the check_command for that NRPE service check?

My command is

check_nrpe!CheckMEM!-a MaxWarn=80% MaxCrit=90% ShowAll=long type=physical!!!!!!

This command it worked on another XI.

Are you using this check on a windows host?

I see that, my NRPE checkmem doesn't work either. It will not show me a gauge with %,

I do have a WMI check setup for that same windows host, and it works for the % gauge.
I'm looking into this some more and will let you know.
I'll do some more testing.

For my another XI it worked in the command:

check_nrpe!CheckMEM!-a MaxWarn=80% MaxCrit=90% ShowAll=long type=physical!!!!!!

But new XI it doesn't work.

What version of NRPE is your current XI and old XI on?

Also, what versions of XI is your current set up on and the old XI?
