Custom report

Hi there,
I have been asked to create the following daily (scheduled) report for my managers:

"Report providing a list of alerts which have been acknowledged indexed by date of acknowledgement, individual who acknowledged, the system name and the client name. "

Effectively similar to "Notifications" reports but also including "User acknowleded".



Any advice greatly appreciated.

The best way would be to schedule a page as a report.

To get a list for who did an acknowledgement and on what host/service. You would go to XI Home --> under Incident Management click Acknowledgements (this should show all of the info you want)

You would then schedule this page on a daily, weekly, or monthly report at a specific time using the schedule a report button.

This would show different names by whoever acknowledged the host/service and a date.

@kyang, perfect that is exactly what I was after. Having a play around with reports and gives us pretty much what I wanted.
