Can I report network availability in a bar graph in a (%)? It's possible or any work with a plugin or another way?

Currently, there is no way to change the graph type in Reports.

Although, it is already a feature request that is filed internally.

I don't know when it will be implemented though. As any feature requests may or may not be implemented with a certain ETA.
