Hi ,

I have installed Nagios Mobile on the Nagios Server.
The script executed successfully, but I am not able to access through the below link.
http://localhost/nagiosmobile
Kindly Suggest further procedure for this .

Is this on Nagios XI or Nagios Core? Nagiosmobile comes standard with Nagios XI, so if you installed it over the top of an existing XI then it could introduce problems.

Can you please point to the URL where you got the installation package, as well as provide the steps you took to install?

we are running on Nagios XI

@hoegh, Nagiosmobile was already preinstalled with XI. I think you may have overridden some php files that were already there with the older ones. Do you have any XI backups that you could revert to?

is there any ways to clear this error without restoring the old backup. we have the backup but it is before nagios upgrade and it is not good to go back to reverse the changes. we have not made any changes in php files.

We have followed the below steps for installing APC file on nagios server.
We have followed the steps provided in this URL:

After Installing APC file, we are able to open the Nagios mobile link on desktop ,but not on Phone.
Kindly suggest if any configuration settings are required for phone.

Can you take a screenshot or picture of your phone when you go to http://10.202.21.19/nagiosmobile/ ?

Can you PM me your Profile? You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the ***Download Profile*** button towards the top. If for whatever reason you *cannot* download the profile, please put the output of View System Info (5.3.4+, Show Profile if older) in the thread (that will at least get us some info). This will give us access to many of the logs we would otherwise ask for individually. If security is a concern, you can unzip the profile take out what you like, and then zip it up again. We may end up needing something you remove, but we can ask for that specifically.

You can also generate a profile manually using the script at /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/profile/getprofile.sh

That should generate a profile in /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/ which you can get off the server with an application such as FileZilla.

After you PM the profile, please update this thread. Updating this thread is the only way for it to show back up on our dashboard.
