downtime is not working

Hi Team,

We have scheduled the downtime for some hosts, but its not working well. We getting the alerts during the downtime as well getting less percent in availability report. below is the state history of host. Please help on this.

Scheduled Downtime Stop 1/12/2018 1:41 HOST DOWNTIME ALERT: xxxxxxxx;STOPPED; Host has exited from a period of scheduled downtime
Scheduled Downtime Start 1/11/2018 20:42 HOST DOWNTIME ALERT: xxxxxxxx;STARTED; Host has entered a period of scheduled downtime
Scheduled Downtime Start 1/11/2018 20:38 HOST DOWNTIME ALERT: xxxxxxxx;STARTED; Host has entered a period of scheduled downtime
Scheduled Downtime Start 1/11/2018 20:10 HOST DOWNTIME ALERT: xxxxxxxxx;STARTED; Host has entered a period of scheduled downtime

Hello, @Gonela. What kind of alerts are you getting? Are you getting the alerts that the host entered or exited from downtime?
Could you send in your Nagios XI System Profile so I can review it?
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and upload it with your next post. Or you could upload it to a cloud storage of your choice and share a link with me in pm.

Also, how did you schedule downtime for the host? Was it a recurring downtime or a regular downtime? What's the name of the host?

Hi Team,

For security reasons we are not able to upload the file. How we can get direct support from nagiosxi.
How we can directly communicate to nagios support through email. because on this forum we are getting some delay to resolve the problem . I have doubts on below Please help on this.

1) where we can see the logs the person who configured in Schedule down time on what time to what and on which hosts.
2) We have configured the recurring down time for the multiple host but still we are getting the host down alerts in state history and we are getting the host availability has difference in percentage. EX(99.00)
3) We have schedule the downtime for single host also we are facing the same issue. This is happen from last one week that is 08-01-2018.

Can you please provide the ticket Id for this. Please suggest whom should we contact directly through email so that it will help us on resolve the problem.

Hi Team,

We are not able to catch you with in the time, it's delaying nearly 15 hr i know we are in different zone. Please help on this.

Kindly provide the below details. This is very urgent.

1) How to check who is enabled the MW for what time to what time on which host after expired the mw.
2) We have enabled the recurring down time even though we are getting the host availability report is less than 100%. ex(99.89)
3) We have enabled the regular schedule down time even though we are getting the host availability report is less than 100% ex(99.00)

Hi Team,

After schedule time only we done the servers down/up. Ex : we make Schedule down time 10AM to 11 AM we are making the up the server in between 10AM to 11AM. But still we are getting the schedule report as 99.99 like this. Please tell us where we can do the schedule down time who enabled at what time to what time. We automated the recurring down time even though we are getting the availability report as less difference 99.00%. And tell me how we can see the my schedule report . Please help on this.

@Gonela, If you check the option that says "Hide Scheduled Downtime" Nagios will not include the server's downtime state into the availability report.Does that answer your question?
