Folks,
Thanks for the welcome (noobie here). I am looking at the "Service Overview For All Service Groups" - I see the three Service Groups I set up. One of them has a host displayed that has no services configured in the Service Group (in CCM).

Not sure how to trouble shoot this, I started using Nagios yesterday...

Hello, @pgodfrin. Welcome to the forum! Can you send us a screenshot of your Service Overview page, so we can see the service group with a host? Can you send in your Nagios XI System Profile so I can review it?
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and attach it with your next post. Or you could upload it to a cloud storage of your choice and share a link with me in a PM.

The Service Group in question is Oracle-PROD, in the center. The highlighted Host should not be there. Here's the Group definition: The profile is attached.

@pgodfrin, The profile didn't get uploaded. After you've chosen the zip file don't forget to click on "Add the file" button.

Say, is there any security info in the profile.zip I need to blank out?

@pgodfrin, Yes, usernames, IP addresses. Your company might have more regulations. You could take that out of the log files or you could upload the profile to a cloud storage and send me the link via PM. We keep received profiles for internal use only. Otherwise, I could tell you what specific logs or part of logs we're looking for, but it may take longer for us to gather all the info. Let me know.

Since this is a public site, then agreed. I won't post it. However, I am acquiring our acct # to register in the customer side of the forum. Once I get there, will those exposures be an issue?
