Log Out Option -Post Upgrade

Hi,

Recently we have upgraded Nagios XI from 5.2.9-5.4.11.
Post-Upgradation We dont have Log out Option on the application.
Kindly suggest to fix this issue.

Have you tried restarting all services?

Clearing the cache on your browser, and then go back close and open your browser then going back into your XI interface?

Hi kyang,

Yes I tried restarting the services and cleared the cache from browser too.
But it dint worked out.
Kindly advice any other option.

Could you upgrade to 5.4.12? It may resolve your issue, but we will find out.

Hi Kyang,

We Upgraded to the Latest Version 5.4.12.
But our issues are not yet fixed.

Kindly suggest some other solution.

The display suggests the browser may not be expanded enough. Do you see the option if you use F11 on the browser to expand to the full screen? What browser are you testing with? What is your screen resolution set to?

Hi,

No we are not able to view the log out option with F11 option.
We have tried it on google chrome ,internet explorer browsers.

I'm going to test this myself and try to figure out what happened.

Are you logged in as nagiosadmin? Do you have automatic login configured?

Yes I am logged in as nagiosadmin.
No automatic login is not configured on our enviroment.

I was unable to recreate this issue.

Did you run the manual update or the update from the XI GUI?

Do you have any backups before the upgrade? From XI 5.2.9?
