Hi Team,

I have upgraded one of our server to 2.1.1 but after up gradation we are facing issues with services which are using windows counter.
service became unknown for the server where i updated the ncpa client.
Like:
RDP sessions : Count the number of logged in users via RDP

Command line:
-t '059h7j4b2lnu' -P 5693 -M "windowscounters//Terminal Services/Active Sessions" -w 200 -c 1000

Do i need to change anything in command line?
Please let me know with the use of above example.

Hello,

Are you referring to the NCPA agent?

Have you updated the wizard yet?

Go to Admin > System Extensions > Manage Config Wizards, click on "Check for Updates", then click on "Install Updates".

The command might have slightly changed, if you go to the API in the NCPA GUI you can check for that windows counter and run it was an active check to see where it has changed.

There is a 500 error with a few windows counters on certain nodes that will be fixed in 2.1.2. If you fall into that category, the upcoming version should fix the issue.
Here's the changelog stating that.

I can't say for sure, but I would give it until next week or two just to be safe.

Are there any more questions?
