support needed for analyzer ??

forgive me for the post in this forum but I cannot post in the network analyser forum for some reason ! so please can someone point me in the right direction ?? I need help with reports , they do not seem to populate for me. colleagues can run them no problem which is strange as all our devices are the same build so if it works for them, it should work for me.

any help would be appreciated
