Hi all
my machine will not generate reports for me. the screen just stays blank (where the reports would normally populate in the lower half of the page), yet my colleagues can run these off no problem. cant quite get my head around it as our machines are all built exactly the same.

any help would be appreciated and would spare this poor wall a head shaped hole !!

First thing to try is to clear out your browsers cache and settings and see if it still fails.
Next is to try a different browser and see if that fails as well.

If you do get any errors, what are they?
Is the NNA server on the same network as your workstation?
Is there any devices between the NNA server and your workstation that could be filtering the data?
