hi i'm jordy

I have a user named wilder added into contactgroup, normaly I received notifications since my nagios admin, and when I use the wilder contact into nagios admin contactgroup also received notifications but I need to add wilder to another contactgroup to read only host files for him that I wish.
I would like to user wilder received notifications only to my host file yavinenana.cfg (because the others host file are to other projects)

So you would only the user wilder to be the only one who receives notification for the host yavinenana correct?

You can do this in the Core Config Manager (CCM) in XI.

Since you already have a contactgroup assigned to only wilder.

1. Follow these directions: On the "XI Homepage" --> click "Configure" --> click "Core Config Manager" --> on the left side under Monitoring click "Hosts" --> Now click yavinenana

2. On this screen it should say Host Management --> Now click on "Alert Settings" --> Here you will see two blue bottons called "Manage Contacts" & "Manage Contactgroups"

3. If you only want the contact wilder to receive notifications from this host. Then remove any contacts or contact groups assigned to it.

4. Now click "Manage Contactgroups" --> Add admins-arin --> Click close --> Save.

5. Repeat the same steps for the services of yavinenana.

6. Once you are done, you will apply the configuration and that should do it.
