Changing the background color of the nagiosxi dashboard

Hello,

I am using nagiosxi and Nagioslogserver displayed on a 52 inch 4K screen. Is there a way to change the white background color in the web interface ? (similar to the grey background in Nagioslogserver 2.0) It's too contrasting. This application is running 24h a day in a tv facility to assist operators in their job. My manager wants to preserve the screen life time.

Please advise.

regards,

Unfortunately, changing the background color of Nagios XI dashboards is not possible at this time. It's on our TODO list, but it won't be implemented before the release of XI 6.

If you have many graphs, you could change your Highcharts Color Theme from default (white) to classic (gray), which may help a bit. In order to do that, go to Admin > System Config > System Settings > Theme & Display tab > Display Settings, select "Classic (Gray)" from the "Highcharts Color Theme" drop-down menu, and click on "Update Settings".
