Storage issue

Hello Team,

Good Day.

We have some storage device under Nagios monitoring where it throw multiple error as "service check out." We tried to increase the timeout value but still the same issue.

Checked with the storage vendor where the cables reset was done. Please suggest what needs to be done.

Can you provide us with some more details?

What plugin are you using to monitor the storage device? Is the storage device in Windows or Linux?

Can you show us the check_command and command definition for the service, that way we know what we are looking into?

We are using plugin called as check_ibm_storwize.pl.

So please let us know what can be done for the same.
