"Network Switch / Router" Configuration Wizard does not work

Seemingly out of nowhere, starting last Friday, the "Network Switch / Router" Configuration Wizard stopped working. Every time I click on it, there is endless loading of that page. I never leave the Configuration Wizard selection page. This is the only wizard which does this to me.
How do I begin to troubleshoot this? What is the first thing I should check?

Hello,
@sathevaner.
First, I'd check the wizard version and try to update it. You can do that if you go to the Admin menu, then Manage Config Wizards(in the left column), then click on Check For Updates -> then Install Updates. Search the page for Network Switch / Router wizard and let me know what version of it you're running.
Next, I'd try to restart the httpd service:
If all the above doesn't get it to work you can go to the /var/log/httpd/ folder and run:
Then try to start the wizard from the GUI and see what error messages you'll get in the error logs.

This wizard is already on the latest version: 2.3.9.
Restarting the Apache service had no effect on this issue.
I did not find any errors when tailing any of the Apache log files.

@sathevaner, Does the loading get stuck right when you click on the wizard, or when you are in a process of adding a new device? I would probably start with increasing the php limit and input_vars in php.ini.
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... e-611.html
Otherwise, I'm attaching the component zip file to this post. You may delete your network switch wizard from the management menu and upload the new zip file. Please make a backup of your XI before you do that though.

@npolovenko: the loading gets stuck after clicking on this particular wizard. The wizard, itself, never loads. Being that this is the case, then what action do I proceed with taking?

@sathevaner, Under this circumstance increasing the PHP limits may not be as crucial. Please go ahead with replacing the wizard part and let me know if it fixes the problem.

@npolovenko: I am still seeing the same result after deleting and uploading/installing the wizard. What is the next troubleshooting step I should try?

@sathevaner, Can you try accessing Nagios GUI from a different browser? Also, click on the Admin menu, then Reset Security Credentials (in the left column). Don't change anything on that screen and just click on Update Credentials.
If the above doesn't solve your problem please send in your system profile so I can review it.
To send us your system profile. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file, upload it to a cloud storage of your choice and share a link with me in a PM.
After you send it please post something in in this thread to bring it back up in the support queue.

Good morning
@npolovenko,
I was originally using Mozilla Firefox to do everything. When I tried accessing the wizard through Google Chrome, I had no problem. Now that I tried again in Firefox, I am able to use it again. I'm going to call this "browser error" and declare this issue as resolved.
Thank you very much for your help!

@sathevaner, Great! That turned out to be easy. If you prefer to use Firefox I suggest clearing out cache and cookies. I'll go ahead and lock this ticket as resolved.
