Hello Support,
I have been testing NagiosXI and have been having a couple issues.
1. Results of check command return undesired results. Includes "&apos". Please see nagiosxiHosts.jpg.
2. Hosts have been added however services for hosts are not showing on the Service Detail page. Please see nagiosxiService.jpg.

I am using the trial version of the NagiosXI VM which runs on CENTOS.

1.) This is a know but and is fixed in SVN for the next release
2.) I'd need a bit more information... like if any other filtering is going on, could you post a larger screenshot, so I can see the host and service summaries on the top and/or the URL?

From the XI Web Interface, can I have you do the following:
Admin -> Monitoring Config -> Core Config Manager -> Tools -> Write Config Files

Click each go button one by one and report the results of each.

Written configuration files are valid. Nagios can be restarted!

Restart Nagios:
Restart command successfully sent to Nagios

Can run through a Website config wizard using www.nagios.com as the host.
Just leave all the defaults and click next, next, next, apply
Once the configuration applies, try to look at the service details page.

If you still have nothing, from the command line can you run to see if we have any errors.

It is still running but showing the following errors
