Create Monitoring Contact

I have created a new user but do not have the check box to 'Crate as monitoring contact'
I am admin and the version is Nagios XI 5.4.7

Hello,
@swiftarcher. You can only choose this option at the time when you create a new user. If you choose it Nagios will create a contact for the user and it would the user to receive email notifications. This option is checked by default, but if you accidentally unchecked it you may manually create a contact for that user later.
