Rather than checking the individual host one by one, is there any way to get hostgroup availability report where we can get from nagios, showing us the uptime, schedule downtime and unscheduled downtime separately?

No, this doesn't exist. You can run the Availability by hostgroup but there is no report that displays schedule downtime and unscheduled downtime separately.
