Recurring down time is not working properly as expected

Hi Team,

We are using the version of 5.2.0 Nagios XI.
we have scheduled services for recurring down time which is getting failed.
Can you please let us know what might be issue.

can you describe what you mean by

What is happening? Have you considered upgrading? There have been so many fixed in the last 2.5 years that this could be resolved
