Nagios XI Monitoring Engine Not Starting

Hello,

We are testing a migration from Nagios Core to Nagios XI on our test servers, during the importation of a few test .cfg files (after running cfgprep, I ran into an issue where I cant restore a configuration file backup and the monitoring engine is showing "stopped". When trying to manually restart the service, I get this error:

Apr 17 12:39:05 systemd[1]: Failed to start LSB: Starts and stops the Nagios monitoring server.
Apr 17 12:39:05 systemd[1]: Unit nagios.service entered failed state.
Apr 17 12:39:05 systemd[1]: nagios.service failed.
[systemctl restart nagios
Job for nagios.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status nagios.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Issue resolved. Looks like our test environment doesn't have the same password params (nagios account expired already in test) as production. Feel free to close!
