tactical summery/host problems not updating in fusion

Hi,
in Nagios fusion home page, tactical summery/ overview is not updating. also in dashboard no update in host and services.

What is the version of Nagios Fusion that you are currently using? What type of servers have you tried fusing - Nagios XI or Nagios Core?
Are you using the correct credentials (and the correct fuse key in these are XI boxes)? Do you see a green system status icon in the upper right corner?
Run the following commands from the command line on the Nagios Fusion server, and show the output in code wraps:

tail -50 /usr/local/nagiosfusion/var/log/poll_subsys.log
tail -50 /usr/local/nagiosfusion/var/log/auth_subsys.log
sestatus

Nagios Fusion 4, trying to fuse nagios XI which are spread across 3 different country's. I can see a green system status icon in the upper right corner. Outpu of the commonds as below.

Lets reset the data that is polled from the Fused servers and see if they start to update again after 10 to 15 minutes.
To do that, run the following as root on the Fusion server.

cd /usr/local/nagiosfusion/scripts
./truncate_polled.php
If after 15 minutes, if you do not see any status updates, run the following commands as root and post the post the output.
Then, Can you run the following as root on the Fusion server and post the /tmp/varlog.tgz file?

tar cvfz /tmp/varlog.tgz /usr/local/nagiosfusion/var/log/*.log
