Sorry, there is not a binary installer for AIX 7.1 systems available.
A couple of options are the NCPA agent which you can get at this link.
https://www.nagios.org/ncpa/
Then you can use the NCPA wizard to monitor it.
Another alternative it to setup SNMP on the system. To do that, follow these instructions.

This should allow you to run the Linux SNMP wizard to setup the checks but they may need to be adjusted somewhat to function correctly.
